Multi-year digital accessibility plan
In accordance with the General Regulations on Accessibility for Administrations (RGAA), we are committed to making our website accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. This multi-year accessibility plan sets out the actions we are implementing to improve the accessibility of our akse.co website over the period 2024-2027.
Inclusion of digital accessibility in Aksé’s digital strategy and its policy for the integration of people with disabilities
Aksé was designed in 2024 with the RGAA in mind for the design of its visual identity and website. As such, digital communication is intended to be compliant across all channels (social media, print, website). akse.co is fully compliant with the general accessibility improvement guidelines. Functional position and responsibilities of Aksé’s digital accessibility officer
At Aksé, the digital accessibility advisor is Laure Gallian, co-founder and operations manager. In line with the company’s policy on the integration of people with disabilities, her role is to coordinate the actions implemented and ensure the highest level of compliance with the RGAA and its future developments.
Resources allocated to digital accessibility
The digital accessibility officer is assigned to this issue on a part-time basis.
Taking into account the skills and knowledge required in the recruitment process
Aksé includes digital accessibility knowledge in its job descriptions and allocates time for training and monitoring in this area. It applies this same policy to the recruitment of employees, interns, and its partnerships with freelancers.
Training and awareness
Aksé has set up a training and certification program for the digital accessibility officer. In 2024, training in accessible website development was carried out. Certification on this subject and on accessibility audits is planned for 2025.
The brand communicates on this subject to raise awareness among its audience and undergoes continuous training in order to create educational and relevant content.
Internal organization
The advisor is responsible for the compliance of the akse.co website and for maintaining this compliance status. User requests relating to digital accessibility will be handled by email via the address contact@akse.co.
Integration of digital accessibility into contractual clauses
As a small business, Aksé does not seek to make accessibility a criterion for signing subcontracting agreements. As a website and brand developer for its clients, Aksé is committed to applying digital accessibility standards as a matter of course, as specified in the quote signed by the parties.
